Our Global Integrated Marketing organization is responsible for driving the success of mid-funnel marketing activities, and we're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Global Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team that delivers scaled programs for stakeholder teams globally, in multiple languages, and with a focus on ownership, earning trust, learning, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Management and Optimization: Maintain and optimize our email channel and digital operations, including development, QA, deployment, and reporting for Global Campaigns and Tier 1 events (AWS Summits, Innovate, re:Inforce & re:Invent).
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with campaign leads, Field Marketing Managers, Events Marketing, Product Marketing, platform owners, and other internal stakeholders to create exceptional digital experiences.
- Customer Engagement and Segmentation: Drive and make recommendations on how to effectively engage customers within digital channels, implement targeting and customer segmentation for digital campaigns, and develop test plans across all digital channels.
- Process Development and Maintenance: Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices for email, social channels, paid media, and internal reporting.
- Campaign Performance and Analysis: Provide campaign performance analysis, communicate insights, and implement timely optimizations to drive results.
- Asset Management and Localization: Manage the maintenance of a library of assets and campaigns, support localization processes, and ensure seamless activation for international geographies.
Essential Qualifications
- 4+ Years of Professional Marketing Experience: Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, data-driven decision-making, and team collaboration.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, with proficiency in tools like Excel or Tableau.
- Campaign Management and Optimization: Skilled in building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital channels.
- Cross-Functional Team Experience: Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-Territory Campaign Management: Experience managing campaigns across multiple territories and languages.
- Digital Marketing and Content Production: Familiarity with digital marketing and content production timelines and processes.
- Strategic and Tactical Expertise: Equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level.
- Marketing Automation and Project Management Platforms: Experience with contemporary marketing automation and project management platforms, such as Marketo and Workfront.
