Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of relevant customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to overcome objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience with using various technologies, including iOS, Android, and Windows.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience handling escalated customer concerns.
  • Experience working in a call center environment.
  • Sales/customer retention skills.
