Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Technology Supply Chain Management (SCM) Category Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of technology suppliers, particularly for the Air Operations groups, including Flight Operations, Network Operations Control, and Inflight Operations. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting complex and high-value contracts, leading strategic sourcing events, negotiations, and drafting contracts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure suppliers meet business objectives, maximize supplier value, and mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities
- Advise technology stakeholders on common risk elements of supplier agreements and programs
- Assist leaders in the decision-making process by encouraging competitive evaluations of new suppliers through the RFP process
- Create and implement negotiation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
- Manage supplier communications, contract negotiations, and strategic sourcing events
- Collaborate with internal customers to understand business requirements and educate stakeholders on key positions and expectations
- Manage ongoing demand planning with technology and business stakeholders for assigned agreements and renewals
- Support multiple technical categories across various programs and areas of the business
- Identify potential procurement opportunities through data analysis, category knowledge, and stakeholder discussions

Essential Qualifications
