Key Responsibilities
- Email & Calendar Management: Organize and prioritize the executive's inbox, schedule meetings, and ensure time is optimized for success.
- Personal Travel Planning: Research and book flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and organize family calendars and activities.
- Gatekeeping: Serve as the first point of contact, prioritizing and filtering what needs the executive's attention.
- Communication: Interact with colleagues, clients, and vendors with professionalism, kindness, and a touch of our friendly company personality.
- General Administrative Support: Help with routing emails, fielding calls, drafting blog posts, or engaging with social media comments to keep operations running smoothly.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven Experience: As an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with a track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
- Native or Near-Native English Proficiency: With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality.
