Job Summary:

As a Freelance Recruiter with Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in screening and selecting top candidates for various job openings. Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Utilize various channels to identify and screen potential candidates, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
• Initial Phone Screens and Assessments: Conduct thorough phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for client job openings.

Essential Qualifications:
