Job Summary

As a Regional Manager at Frontier Airlines, you will play a critical role in managing our properties and facilities across various airports in the United States. You will be responsible for negotiating leases and agreements, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is a full-time remote job opportunity, with occasional travel to our headquarters or other airport locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement key business strategies for properties and facilities issues at assigned airports
  • Review and negotiate assigned properties and facilities agreements; ensure compliance with terms, conditions, and notice requirements
  • Prepare analyses of airport rates and charges; develop budget projections and cost allocations for assigned leasehold space
  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and improved customer service
  • Review and assess short- and long-term airport capital improvement plans and their impact on airline cost structures
  • Negotiate with airport officials, local governments, and other airlines to achieve corporate objectives
  • Liaise with agents, brokers, contractors, and company stakeholders to achieve properties and facilities goals
  • Represent the company at airport issues advisory group meetings and work to advance company objectives
  • Review future schedules to determine whether airport facilities can accommodate Frontier's operations and work with internal departments to assess potential opportunities or risks
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Develop improved processes for more efficient properties and facilities operations
  • Monitor airport industry developments and channel information for review

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field, such as finance or law, with a focus on contract negotiation, financial modeling, and strategic planning
  • Departmental budget and forecasting planning and execution experience
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management, employees, and representatives of other airlines and airport administrations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Airline industry experience
  • Experience with lease negotiation and management

Work Environment and Remote Work Options

This is a remote job opportunity, with the option to work from Denver, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Orlando, or Dallas Fort Worth. You will be required to follow Frontier Airlines' remote work policies, including having a reliable high-speed internet connection. Occasional travel to our headquarters or other airport locations may be required.
