The Role: Customer Experience Concierge - Chat Professional

As a Customer Experience Concierge - Chat Professional, you will be the face of American Express to our valued card members, providing them with personalized support and exceptional service. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care, whether they're seeking assistance with their card services, travel arrangements, or lifestyle needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage card members in a personalized and meaningful way.
