Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with utility teams to outline, define, and capture commercial enterprise needs, ensuring seamless data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
  • Design and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
  • Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem.
  • Power consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
  • Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique.
  • Provide live chat support to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in development on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages.
  • Strong understanding of development launch management and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, delivering small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
  • A strong passion for data-driven solutions and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
