About the Role

You'll work closely with stakeholders to answer center business questions, provide logical mastery, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making
• Provide analytical expertise to various business streams, including D+ and Hulu, to enhance customer experience and drive conversions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design diagnostic solutions and deliver actionable insights
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and drive business outcomes

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data-driven insights, and a proven track record of delivering business results. Here are the essential qualifications and skills we're looking for:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc.)
• 5+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space, with expertise in SQL, Python, or R
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end analytics projects, from ambiguous requirements to a clear business outcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Knowledge of marketing funnels, join pipe, and trade spaces
• Ability to identify and escalate issues to leadership
• Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
