Patient Service Representative

1.1 Schedule and register patient appointments and/or reputed company information for other requests (e.g., addresses/directions,

phone numbers, hours of operations, other departments, such as billing, etc.). Process reputed company phone, fax, email, and other

communication channel requests with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy.

1.2 As appropriate, assist new members with introduction to and explanation of available services, processes and availability

of providers.

1.3 Update patients of the status of their referral or authorizations.

1.4 Answers, screens, and processes a high volume of incoming calls in a reputed company manner. Directs patient reputed company to the

reputed company by scheduling and canceling patient appointments for a multiple providers.

1.5 Utilizes and adheres to a phone script, clinical decision trees and scheduling reputed company following department guidelines.

Uses independent knowledge reputed company scope of knowledge and training to determine the type of appointment needed and

urgency to schedule the patient to the appropriate provider or reputed company the reputed company to the appropriate resource.

1.6 Communicates, to patients and reputed company ordering physicians' offices, reputed company exam preparations instructions

including, but not limited to, reputed company-procedure laboratory test requirements and other necessary preparations instructions.

1.7 Sends out accurate and complete communication to physicians or other reputed company providers.

Training

• Small group, 2 weeks true training , 2 weeks of nesting
• 3-4 weeks, Mon – Fri 4-6 weeks, 8-5p

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 20 hours a week. ✅
• Mon/Tues – high reputed company volume, 8 hrs required ✅
• Wed-Friday – 4 hr time reputed company required ✅ 1 day at the back end of the week will be scheduled.
• Training: 4 weeks full time - 40hrs, Mon-Fri 8a-5pm.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a patient-reputed company

1 year reputed company environment

Medical Assistant Diploma Or Cert Preferred

Certified reputed company Assistant Diploma or Cert Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish - highly preferred

Utilizes supplies appropriately and participates in recycle and re-use programs

Discharges and transfers patients reputed company

Follows safety policies for self and patients
