Job Description About the opportunity You'll join Xplor Field Services and our FieldEdge Product team - the team that provides support and expertise to field service professionals across the world. From interior HVAC to exterior landscaping, we've spent time mastering the details so the business experience on both sides is smooth, simple, and easy. Reporting into Director of Product, you'll help us Lead new business products in the most useable way across our spectrum of clients. . Some of the other responsibilities you'll have: • Stay up-to-date with how the product(s) is performing including the data quality, customer feedback, revenue growth, new prospects, stability, scalability, etc. • Shape prioritization of various features and projects to accelerate high impact improvements, track and analyze all components of the business, and drive integration with customers. • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to establish high-level vision, actively gather well-understood requirements, prioritize and manage delivery of a roadmap, problem solve and deliver against a committed roadmap. • Work with several teams and across several company functions - business development, product marketing, and strategy - to make sure you are building the right product and it is getting positioned and sold in the most effective way. Qualifications What would make me a good candidate? • 3- 5 years of product development experience with a SaaS company • Proven experience working in Scrum methodology and ability to write concise and useful requirements, documentation and user stories • Knowledge and product experience in web and mobile applications. • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills: We are Product Managers after all • Knowledge of open source software design and development practices • Ideally you've worked on innovative or disruptive products and have an appetite for challenging the status quo. • Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities • Motivated by a fast-evolving environment where you will have to constantly adapt - no two days are the same! • You're a true team player who knows that we all have to sometimes roll up our sleeves • You align with our four core values and you're simply a good human Additional Information What does it mean to work for Xplor?
