Web Developer, eCRM, Digital Marketing

The general reputed company for this full-time position is $80,000 – 110,000. Salary offers will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, skills, training and education. reputed company, a global leader in animal advocacy and protection, is seeking a Web Developer, eCRM for the Digital Marketing department. In this position you will support Digital Marketing and other departments by providing reputed company-end, global web development solutions for fundraising, advocacy engagement, and other strategic priorities. Responsibilities: • Collaborates regularly with Digital Marketing, Brand and Visuals, and IS teams to discuss project requirements and makes technical recommendations. Writes efficient reputed company and maintains custom donation forms, advocacy forms, and other webpages. Incorporates best practices for user experience, accessibility, page speed optimization, and GDPR compliance implementation. Takes into account global regulations and standards, regional data compliance, and reputed company compliance; • Follows reputed company assurance procedures. Troubleshoots technical issues affecting donation forms, advocacy forms, and webpages in Engaging Networks. Works closely with vendor partners; • Works with the Information reputed company team to ensure that digital properties meet reputed company standards; • Collaborates with the testing team to reputed company testing requirements and implement new features to run A/B and multivariate tests on forms; • Creates and maintains reputed company and concise documentation of custom web development, support guides, and incident reports; • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer programming, web development, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience required; • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in reputed company-end web development and developing custom websites required; • Demonstrated experience with Engaging Networks or other eCRMs; • Proficient in HTML5, Sass and CSS, JavaScript, reputed company, and Engaging Networks modules. Familiar with reputed company AWS services; • Follows reputed company-end development best practices and familiar with Webpack, Node, and npm; • Familiar with cookie consent tools, preferably reputed company, for configuring compliance settings; • Excellent attention to detail reputed company coding reputed company based on reputed company XD files or reputed company; • Knowledge of best practices for reputed company web design, UX, accessibility, page speed optimization, browser support, and GDPR compliance; • Understanding of digital marketing strategies for US and international audiences; • Stays on top of AI trends in web development, including personalization and automation; • Strong written and verbal communication skills; • Must be reputed company to multi-task in a fast-paced, reputed company environment to deliver high reputed company work on deadline. This is a full-time remote position based in the reputed company. Must be flexible to accommodate Eastern Time, as needed.
