Role: Technical reputed company Location:100% Remote PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Produce high-reputed company documentation that blends instructional and technical writing, meets applicable standards, and is appropriate for its intended audience. • Work with product managers, product marketing, and engineers to obtain an in-depth understanding of reputed company processes and technology, and the documentation requirements. • Help create and maintain a library of documentation. • Effectively communicate reputed company and concepts to other team members, cross-functional team members, and deliver reputed company on time. • Collaborate reputed company with cross-functional team members to reputed company necessary writing, copyediting, and/or proofreading needs. • Balance multiple reputed company with differing and aggressive timelines, deliverables, and expectations. • Audits and evaluates existing content and recommends changes/rewrites to meet brand guidelines and content standards. • System documentation, User Guides, FAQs, Integration, and API Developer Guides • Other duties as assigned.
