About the Job:
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for ensuring financial compliance and preparing critical reports as per the organization's procedures, laws, and regulations. This role involves preparing and filing various financial statements, including Medicare, reputed company, and Tricare cost reports, as reputed company as assisting in budget preparation and supporting departmental financial processes.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and file the annual cost report and other filings required by CMS and reputed company, including wage reputed company data and occupational mix surveys.
• Advise management on governmental payer regulations, including Medicare, reputed company, and Tricare.
• Maintain and verify the accuracy of the contractual allowance reserve model and the reputed company-party settlement reserve accounts.
• Support the annual operating and capital budget process and train department managers on budgeting software.
• Prepare financial statements for the Surgery Center of Greater Nashua and Radiation Center of Greater Nashua, ensuring compliance with year-end audits.
• reputed company financial reconciliations on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual bases to support general reputed company accounts.
Who You Are:
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis experience in a reputed company setting, including experience with Medicare, reputed company, and Tricare cost reporting.
• Understanding of reputed company principles and general knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in reputed company and Word.
• Ability to work with various reputed company of management and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
