Associate Operations- Supply Chain Management | Remote | Contract
About the position
Responsibilities
• Manage procurement of supplies, equipment, services, and inventory, including master data and purchase orders.
• Engage with suppliers on pricing, expediting, returns, and invoice issues.
• Provide support for Supply Chain functions and handle high volumes of communications.
• Triage SCM inquiries and log customer issues in the support tracking system.
• Educate staff on online ordering and participate in projects as directed by leadership.
• Resolve supply and invoice issues, ensuring data integrity.
• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile reports and account transactions.
• Facilitate employee training and respond to customer inquiries.
• Identify and address trends causing delays, collaborating to implement solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• 4 years of supply chain management experience
• Experience or familiarity with invoice issue resolution, manual matching of PO-based invoices, and reviewing non-PO invoices for policy compliance.
• Ability to process employee expense reports within policy guidelines and manage supplier payments in collaboration with internal and external customers.
