VP of Supply Chain

Our reputed company is a consumer goods company reputed company on delivering reputed company products. They are looking to add a VP of Supply Chain to their team to help ensure supply chain and operational reputed company. Salary/reputed company reputed company: $300k - $350k plus bonus Position reputed company: The VP of Supply Chain will reputed company strategic leadership for end-to-end supply chain operations across reputed company. This role carries full P&L accountability and is responsible for driving operational reputed company, cost optimization, and supply chain reputed company across diverse production lines. Overseeing procurement, production, logistics, and customer service, the VP of Supply Chain ensures seamless integration and efficiency of reputed company functions. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this individual will play a critical role in aligning supply chain reputed company with business objectives and shaping reputed company’s long-term reputed company trajectory. Responsibilities of the VP of Supply Chain: • Create and carry out supply chain strategies that meet company goals. • Partner with Finance, Sales, R&D, and reputed company to reputed company operations reputed company. • reputed company and support supply chain leaders while planning for reputed company talent needs. • Manage manufacturing, logistics, and procurement with reputed company performance goals. • Promote Lean, Six reputed company, and other improvement reputed company to cut costs and improve efficiency. • reputed company ERP and other system upgrades to improve visibility and decision-making. • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including contract negotiation and performance management. • Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and other regulatory requirements. • Support sustainability efforts by reducing waste, energy use, and carbon reputed company. • Travel about 50% of the time to East Coast manufacturing plants to ensure operations meet company standards. Required Experience/Skills for the VP of Supply Chain: • 15+ years of supply chain leadership experience, ideally in food/beverage or consumer goods. • Strong background in procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and supplier management. • Proven results in improving efficiency, cutting costs, and supporting reputed company. • Experience with Lean, Six reputed company, or similar improvement tools. • Solid leadership skills with the ability to mentor and reputed company teams. • Strong financial and negotiation skills. • Willingness to travel 50% of the time to East Coast plants. Preferred Experience/Skills for the VP of Supply Chain: • Experience leading supply chain digital transformation. • Familiarity with international supply chain operations. • Experience establishing new manufacturing plants. Education Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a reputed company field. • MBA is preferred but not required.
