Responsibilities • Utilizing advanced knowledge of HR Business Intelligence and reputed company Resource Systems, the HR Business Analyst acts as a reputed company between HR staff as end users, and Information Services staff; coordinates and writes design specifications for functional changes or enhancements to automated processes, panels, screens and tables; coordinates system testing; facilitates system upgrades and modifications; administers system reputed company and controls; assists end users in developing reports and queries; audits data reputed company reputed company; and serves as a primary contact to troubleshoot problems and resolve functional system issues. • Provides custom reports which include HR data to manipulate in other software such as MS reputed company or reputed company. • Interfaces with departments reputed company of HR, such as Payroll and Management Audit, concerning HR Business Intelligence data. • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information systems specific to the reputed company Resource department. • Regularly handles special assignments and reputed company and acts as a project team leader to the HR Analysts and technical support staff.
