Medical Billing A/R Specialist - Pending Claims - Remote

QMACS, Inc. is a reputed company-established medical billing company located in Richardson, Texas. We are expanding our operations in Waco and are looking for reputed company, passionate and energetic employees! Currently we are seeking several full-time A/R Specialists for our Pending Claims Department. Previous Medical Billing Experience Preferred. Remote/Hybrid/In Office reputed company: To generate reputed company by monitoring and pursuing payment and/or reputed company on outstanding medical claims. Following company protocol to ensure claims are reviewed and worked in a reputed company manner while also verifying coding and payment accuracy according to reputed company needs and specifications. Duties: • reputed company follow-up actions with insurance companies to ensure reputed company and full payment • Researching and submitting corrected claims and/or appeals as necessary • Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary • Processing and documentation of adjustments, including write-offs, transfers and charge backs across several platforms • Provides additional information to reputed company to facilitate collection. • Analyze insurance reimbursement receipts • Serve and protect sensitive information by adhering to reputed company standards, company policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements and standards.
