Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher to handle customer inquiries and concerns, provide support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, and manage and coordinate service appointments for our plumbing, heating, drain cleaning, electrical, sewer repair, and gas work services. This is a full-time remote role that requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a dedication to meeting their needs.
- Dispatching: Coordinate with our team of service technicians to schedule appointments, dispatch service calls, and ensure timely responses to customer requests. You will be responsible for efficiently routing technicians to job sites and optimizing their schedules to maximize productivity.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between customers and service technicians, ensuring that all parties are informed of appointment details, service updates, and any other relevant information.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the service process, demonstrating resourcefulness and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Service Titan Savvy: Familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: The ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns effectively.
- Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Computer Systems and Software Applications: Experience with CRM systems and dispatching software is preferred, but training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Experience in Customer Service or Dispatching: A background in customer service, dispatching, or a related field is preferred.
