Job Summary: Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

As a remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of Chewy, providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer concerns, develop product knowledge, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
