Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Pet Parent Experiences

As a Customer Service Representative at Chewy, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for pet parents. Here are some of the key responsibilities:

  • Engage with Pharmacy Customers: You'll interact with customers who contact Chewy for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
  • Research and Problem-Solve: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues.

Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Experience You Bring
