Job Summary
As a Data Entry Assistant - Remote Information Management Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, capturing, and updating information in our company's databases. You will work closely with employees, departments, and clients to gather information, correct errors, and ensure data accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Gathering and Collecting Information: Collect invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service.
- Language Skills: Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, and proficient touch-typing skills.
