Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the eyes and ears of our organization, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and finding innovative solutions to issues and concerns. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and solution-focused
  • Appropriately communicate with customers, using clear and concise language
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues or concerns
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues and suggest improvements
  • Upsell or cross-sell products or services when required

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and software applications
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex issues
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Work from Home Requirements

  • Internet Connection Requirements:
    • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 12.0 Mbps
    • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 3.0 Mbps
    • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
    • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
