Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Govt Public Trust Clearance - Spanish English, you will be part of a team that supports government contracts and provides critical services to US residents in need. You will work remotely, using a variety of communication channels, including voice, email, and chat, to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers on available services that can support their situation
  • Provide solutions to customer needs via voice, email, or chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries with active listening and empathy
  • Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer experience goals

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Computer experience and proficiency in using technology
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • US citizenship, as this role requires a government clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a government contract or public trust clearance role
  • Familiarity with customer experience software and technology
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.20, plus an additional $4.41 per hour for the first 40 hours in lieu of health benefits for this temporary role.
