Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Remote (Healthcare), you will work from home and interface with patients and customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. You will represent one of our leading healthcare clients, assisting members with their insurance-related needs, such as inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices. Your goal will be to provide a positive and welcoming experience to members, being empathetic and answering their inquiries thoroughly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound customer support to patients and customers
  • Help customers resolve technical issues related to healthcare and insurance
  • Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns
  • Assess all inbound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
  • Be efficient in navigating multiple systems and technology platforms

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative - Remote (Healthcare), you will need:
