Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team in Kentucky. As a remote employee, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions, and going above and beyond to "wow" our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact Chewy for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
* Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
* Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers by thinking critically and providing solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pet-related industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
* Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
* Knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry standards.
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
* Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
