About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our card members. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
