As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:- Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries: Field customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
- Working with Confidential Customer Information: Handle sensitive customer information with care and discretion.
- Resolving Issues and Escalating Interactions: Proactively resolve issues on the first call, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Tracking Call-Related Information: Accurately track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing Feedback and Upselling: Offer feedback on call issues and upsell opportunities when required.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:- Ability to Work Remotely in a Virtual Team Environment: You'll be working from home, so you'll need to be self-motivated and able to work effectively in a virtual team setting.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Age and Education Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: You'll need to be comfortable using desktop computer systems, have basic typing skills (25 wpm), and be able to navigate Windows operating systems.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: You'll need to possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as logical problem-solving skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure your success as a remote worker, you'll need to meet the following requirements:- Internet Connection Requirements: You'll need a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps. Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
