**Key Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our programs and services through live chat channels
* Assisting customers with any issues or problems they may encounter and finding appropriate solutions
* Providing exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers
* Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and promotions
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or online support role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and handle multiple live chat conversations simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficient in using live chat software and other customer support tools
* Positive and friendly attitude with a strong customer-centric approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
**Essential Qualifications**
