About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Consultant, Global Equity to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our global equity team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global company, leveraging your skills in data analysis, accounting, and customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
• Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards
• Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting
• Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
• Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
• Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
• Review and maintain equity administration procedures and documentation
• Perform other equity plan administration tasks, as requested

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field
• Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
• Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers
• Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
