About the Role

This is a fully remote position that requires you to work the third shift, from 11 PM to 7 AM. The journey begins with a comprehensive week-long training session during standard business hours (8 AM to 5 PM), where you'll get familiar with our processes, systems, and culture. After the training, you'll transition into your overnight role, ready to tackle the challenges and opportunities that come with it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients during the overnight hours, engaging with them through calls to discuss financial products, services, and arrangements. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will be crucial in building trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Data Accuracy: Diligently documenting all client interactions and transactions is vital. You'll ensure that all data is accurately captured for future reference, maintaining the integrity of our client records.
