About the Role

The Senior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse and Analytics will be responsible for leading the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and mitigating threats from malicious actors, as well as the Business Analytics team in providing insights and measuring the effectiveness of our trust and safety efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in detecting and preventing account takeovers, spam, engagement abuse, and other forms of malicious activity

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
• At least 4 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on risk management, fraud prevention, and data analysis
• Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform our strategies
