Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Consultant to join our Global Equity Management team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You will also process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards
- Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure correct and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting
- Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders
- Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
- Review and maintain equity management processes and documentation
- Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with multiple stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
- Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday, in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers
- Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
