As a new Customer Service Representative, you will participate in a comprehensive one-week training program, which will be held onsite during standard business hours. This training program will provide you with a thorough understanding of our financial products and services, as well as our policies and procedures. After completing the training program, you will transition to our third shift schedule, working remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication.
  • Proven ability to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
  • High school diploma or GED; further education or certification in financial services is a plus.
