Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer issues, resolving problems, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer issues and resolve problems using smart customer-focused decision-making skills
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer to research, resolve, and track customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
- Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed
- Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience
- Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable training in Salesforce
- Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency and ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global healthcare company
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
