What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues.
  • Going above and beyond to wow our customers with exceptional service and support.
  • Providing solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

What You'll Need

  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed.
  • The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of pet care and wellness services.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
