We offer an attractive hybrid work solution that combines the best of both worlds:
- Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday & every other Friday
- Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday & every other Friday
- Competitive Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your typical day will involve:
- Processing Product Complaints: Handling customer complaints through various communication channels, including queues and other platforms
- Maintaining a Positive Experience: Investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner to ensure a positive customer experience
- Accurate Database Updates: Updating databases with pertinent details and product information to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Escalating Issues: Escalating issues based on severity to the appropriate levels as needed
- Ensuring Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following established procedures for handling complaints
Qualifications and Requirements
This role is a great fit for individuals who:
- Education: Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Have at least 6 months of customer service experience
- Skills: Possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Work Environment: Are able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
