**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to engage with customers, address their concerns, and provide personalized solutions

* Processing card payments accurately and efficiently
* Performing the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems
* Reviewing applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loan, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Following up with customers to clarify important points, ensuring a smooth and transparent process
* Finalizing loan details and keeping customers informed about their obligations and responsibilities

* Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule, with hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
* Fully remote work environment after the initial 1-week training period, with training taking place from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
