Key Responsibilities
As the Group Manager, Strategic Account Management, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Mid-Market Account Managers and Front Line Sales Leaders. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through relationship management and consultative selling techniques. Here are the key tasks and activities you'll be responsible for:
- Lead a team of Account Managers and Front Line Sales Leaders to achieve revenue growth and ecosystem adoption of the QuickBooks Online Platform.
- Scale teams and enabling resources as the sales team's scope grows.
- Focus on managed account direct sales pipeline growth and Intuit + 3rd party ecosystem solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to drive revenue growth and achieve assigned measures of success.
- Provide people leadership to attract and retain top talent through structured development.
- Emulate the Intuit culture and shape the team environment to build sales excellence.
- Operationalize company strategy, culture, organization, and talent within your team and territory.
- Communicate performance, progress, challenges, and needs to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in sales leadership, preferably in a similar industry or function. Here are the essential qualifications and skills we're looking for:
- A proven track record of sales leadership and driving revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of digital selling and e-commerce, with the ability to ensure tight execution and alignment between Sales and Marketing functions.
- Executive presence, with the ability to present effectively across multiple channels and in-person meetings with internal and external executive teams.
- Excellent E2E thinking, with multi-disciplinary experience and assignments.
- The ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive impact and results.
Preferred Qualifications
