Head of Patient Marketing - Strategic Growth Leader for Innovative Mental Health Care (Remote)

We're seeking a strategic and action-oriented consumer-focused growth marketing leader to own all of our patient marketing as our Head of Patient Marketing. In this role, you'll develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to acquire and retain patients, driving growth across the business. You'll work closely with patient strategy and operations, and the patient product team to manage growth, deploy the right tactics to the right audiences, and measure success with a keen eye on ROI.
About the Role
As our Head of Patient Marketing, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a holistic patient marketing strategy that drives user acquisition, retention, and growth across the business
- Leading and managing a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including patient strategy and operations, product, and analytics to drive growth and optimize marketing programs
- Analyzing data to inform marketing decisions and measuring the success of marketing initiatives
- Managing and optimizing marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on DTC audiences
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing across various channels, including paid (especially digital) and owned channels (email, SMS)
- 6+ years of experience in a leadership people manager role with experience building a team from scratch
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with operational, product, and analytics teams
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Proven experience developing and executing a marketing strategy

- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Experience in a marketplace or e-commerce business
