Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and our Hubspot support portal, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless support for pilots and existing customers.
- Work closely with the engineering team to escalate and investigate product issues, bugs, and technical questions.
- Utilize Notion and other tools to manage internal processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure information is up-to-date.
- Develop a deep understanding of Amper's platform and its applications to educate customers and address their needs.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information from multiple sources and distill effective solutions.
- Experience in a customer service or support role, where you've demonstrated a customer-centric approach.
- The ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with both customers and internal teams.
While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus:
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry trends and challenges.
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Hubspot.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Notion.

As a remote-friendly company, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, whether that's from home, a co-working space in Charlotte or downtown Chicago, or a combination of both.
Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000, depending on experience. In addition, you'll enjoy:
