We're now seeking an experienced and highly organized Growth Associate to support our Chief Growth Officer (CGO) in driving our growth strategy forward. This pivotal role will focus on marketing operations and sales enablement, optimizing marketing and sales effectiveness, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment across the Pine portfolio.

About the Role: Key Responsibilities

As a Growth Associate at Pine Services Group, you will play a vital role in shaping our growth initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the CGO to develop, prioritize, and execute a comprehensive playbook for strategic growth initiatives across marketing and sales functions within our portfolio companies.
  • Overseeing the annual planning process, including defining key growth goals, budgeting, and aligning resources to meet business objectives.
  • Working closely with portfolio Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to ensure best practice utilization of data quality, CRM, and marketing automation systems.
  • Analyzing and optimizing marketing processes to improve campaign execution, performance tracking, and resource allocation across portfolio companies.
  • Identifying and implementing best practices in marketing analytics and reporting to provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
  • Designing, implementing, and executing a cross-selling strategy between partner platform companies, identifying synergies that create customer value and drive mutual growth.
  • Defining and prioritizing target accounts and customer segments for cross-sell initiatives based on data-driven insights, industries, and market potential.
  • Overseeing the creation of playbooks, product collateral, competitive positioning, and case studies that drive sales success.
  • Creating a structured framework to manage and track opportunities throughout the cross-sell process, complete with KPI reporting.
  • Assisting the Pine team in designing and implementing KPI dashboards to track marketing and sales performance, providing real-time insights into actionable growth metrics.
  • Conducting regular analysis of campaign performance, sales enablement effectiveness, and ROI, presenting recommendations for improvements to the broader Pine community.
  • Analyzing sales and marketing technology used by portfolio companies and assisting with vendor relationships, evaluation of technology tools, and pricing negotiations.
  • Developing and managing best practice utilization of the recommended tech stack for Pine GTM teams.

What You'll Bring: Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic marketing, operations, or sales enablement role, with a proven track record of supporting executive leadership in a high-growth environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in marketing operations, including experience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • A strong understanding of sales enablement best practices, including content development, training, and performance tracking.
  • High proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance optimization, with experience in reporting to executive teams.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com, and a commitment to meeting timeline and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and familiarity with sales enablement platforms.
  • Experience working in SaaS or other technology-focused growth environments.
  • Change management skills, with a background in driving initiatives that align marketing and sales functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in executive communications and cross-functional presentations.
