About the Role

As a Homecare Assistant with Alcedo Care Preston, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
• Supporting clients with complex needs, such as those with disabilities or chronic conditions
• Assisting with medication management and other healthcare tasks
• Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the care team
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
• The ability to work flexibly, including evening shifts and every other weekend
• A caring and compassionate nature, with a positive attitude
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality
• The right to work in the UK
• To be at least 18 years old

No previous experience is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training and support to help you excel in this role.
