Job Overview
As an Autism/ABA Therapist with Key Autism Services, you will play a vital role in delivering Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their homes. Our therapists work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement personalized treatment plans, drive skill acquisition, and support the overall development of our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to inform treatment plans
- Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support plans, and execute treatment strategies developed by BCBA supervisors
- Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to refine and improve ABA therapy techniques and procedures
- Respond to client and family needs, providing support and guidance as required
- Maintain a professional and goal-oriented approach in all aspects of your work
- Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions, demonstrating reliability and commitment
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology)
- 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
- 1 year of ABA/RBT experience or equivalent experience in a related field (Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Auto insurance to travel between client locations
Preferred Qualifications
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification through our 40-hour training program
- Experience using Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plans with youth and families
- Previous experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum
Physical Requirements
As a Behavior Therapist, you must be able to:
- Lift up to 35lbs
- Perform activities requiring fine and gross motor skills, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor, or standing for extended periods
- Respond quickly to children's movements and behaviors over short distances (100 feet)
- Work in both indoor and outdoor settings

Our hourly pay rate starts at $21/hour and increases based on experience. We also offer:
