About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Preschool Behavior Interventionist to join our team in our Sherman Oaks Preschool Clinic or in homes and schools throughout the San Fernando Valley. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with preschool-age children, helping them to learn, play, language, self-care, and cognitive skills. Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with children with disabilities, one-on-one, helping them to learn and develop new skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
- Collaborate with our team of experienced professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and other Behavior Interventionists
- Provide feedback and support to families, caregivers, and other stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including data collection and analysis
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Essential Qualifications
- Passion and enthusiasm for helping children, including the ability to be silly and play
- Ability to run, crawl, kneel, play on the floor, and engage in fast-paced physical activities with young children
- Previous experience working with children (family experience, babysitting, and tutoring all count)
- CA Driver's License, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel
- US work authorization
- Negative TB test results
- Must pass criminal background check
- Covid 19-Vaccination + 1 booster
- TDaP and MMR Immunization record
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in ABA, Mental Health, Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Services, Child Development, Education, Preschool, Early Childhood Education, Childcare, Daycare, Autism, Disabilities, Special Needs Education, or related fields
- BCBA, RBT, or other relevant certifications
- Education in a related field, such as Psychology, Education, or Child Development
- Experience working with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $20-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
