Essential Qualifications:

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and develop action plans to drive business results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or a related field.
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership or a related field.
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
