Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enrollment Coach to join our remote Student Success team. As a Senior Enrollment Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their educational and career goals. Key Responsibilities
- Successfully convert inquiries into applications and enrollments through consultative coaching sessions
- Maintain contact with a pipeline of prospects, providing proactive guidance and driving actions that produce results
- Explain educational programs, admissions processes, expected graduate outcomes, student services, and financial considerations to prospective students and/or parents
- Schedule and conduct virtual information sessions with prospective students, identifying and recruiting qualified candidates
- Overcome objections to applying or completing enrollment, and gather relevant qualitative insights from prospective conversations
- Collaborate with on-campus departments to ensure students receive support related to financial aid, orientation, academic advising, and tutoring
- Stay current on school procedures, policies, and programs to provide accurate information to prospective students
- Record all communication and contact data in a timely and accurate manner using our Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce)
- Meet department goals for phone productivity, applicant contact, enrollment targets, withdrawal rates, call quality, customer satisfaction, and schedule adherence
Essential Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an educational environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed established performance goals and key success metrics
- Interest in helping others achieve their educational and career goals
- Experience nurturing a prospect pipeline from point of interest through completion of necessary benchmarks
- Proficient in using communication technologies, including databases, email, phone, and instant messaging
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimum download speed 15 Mbps, minimum upload speed 5 Mbps, and ping less than 100 ms
Preferred Qualifications
- Some secondary education or a combination of relevant experience and education
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience serving in a higher education institution
- Experience using Salesforce.com
