• Collaborating with consultants and senior consultants on a wide range of projects to design and implement software solutions that meet client needs
• Attending weekly project meetings and taking detailed meeting notes as required
• Participating in internal debrief meetings to discuss project progress and identify areas for improvement
• Completing delegated project action items and communicating with project team members and clients as needed
• Co-designing and implementing software solutions using the Salesforce platform and other technology stacks
• Identifying risks and issues to prevent potential problems and ensure project success
• Working with agile and other methodologies to deliver projects efficiently and effectively
• Helping to identify and implement process improvements to enhance our current processes and avoid repeating mistakes

In this role, you can expect to spend approximately 70% of your time on Salesforce build, 20% on client interaction, and 10% on project scoping.
