Job Summary: Implementation Support Specialist - Healthcare
The Implementation Support Specialist (ISS) plays a critical role in enhancing the efficiency of our Implementation team by supporting vital aspects of the department’s operations. As an ISS, you will be responsible for assisting with tasks related to the timely throughput of project deliverables, including EMR access, technology endpoint implementation and offboarding processes, and day-to-day administrative support. You will be skilled at administrative support tasks across several projects and timelines, and you will report to the Director of Implementation-Healthcare. Your role will also involve supporting the completion of special projects as allocated, and you will be expected to work effectively across multiple departments to ensure the successful and timely implementation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with information gathering and data entry processes to support project deliverables
- Support introductory emails and communications with newly onboarding customers to ensure a smooth transition
- Communicate internally across multiple departments to ensure effective collaboration and coordination
- Track completion of all EMR (provider and non-provider access) needed for each implementation project, and effectively communicate the outcomes to stakeholders
- Manage the technology endpoint (cart or station) onboarding and offboarding process, including prioritization of project plan timelines, in cooperation with the Technology Implementation and Logistics teams
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM databases to enter data, extract data, update reports, create reports, and track implementation deliverables
- Provide ongoing support services to the Implementation team, including maintaining client relations, coordination of meetings, training, documentation sharing, and escalation of issues to the appropriate Implementation (Lead) Manager or Director of Implementation as necessary
- Maintain compliance with company policy and procedures, ensuring work and product standards are met at the highest level, including strict confidentiality of health system, provider or non-provider personal information, and patient information
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Implementation team and the company’s goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor’s degree preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered
- At least 1+ year of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Healthcare experience is preferred, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, communication, and collaboration tools in various operating systems
- Effective communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to work across various departments and stakeholders
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- A self-starter mentality, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines, with a focus on meeting project timelines and deliverables
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, with the ability to work in a remote setting
