Job Overview
We are seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to work closely with our Senior Management team to establish recruitment needs and attract top talent to our organization. As an Inhouse Recruiter, you will be responsible for all internal recruitment activity within your specialist division, partnering with stakeholders, and building long-term relationships with candidates. This is a brand-new permanent position that offers a unique opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to move away from agency recruitment and transfer their skills into an internal recruitment role.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership and responsibility for all internal recruitment activity across the business within your specialist division
- Partner with stakeholders and work closely with the Senior Management team to establish recruitment needs
- Attract and recruit talent across the region and UK, utilizing various methods such as headhunting, LinkedIn, social media, job advertising, and CV sourcing
- Conduct initial telephone screens/interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Deal with candidate feedback and strive to improve the candidate experience, maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
- Report to the Director lead on site and take ownership of recruitment for multiple sites, being the go-to internal recruitment consultant for your specialism
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have previous recruitment agency experience, with any sector background and level of experience considered. You should be a driven and confident recruitment consultant with a natural ability to quickly build rapport with internal stakeholders and external candidates. The ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities and work at pace is essential, as well as being comfortable conducting initial telephone screens/interviews and dealing with candidate feedback.

- Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, with a proven track record of attracting and recruiting top talent
- Strong networking and candidate attraction skills, with the ability to utilize various methods to source quality candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work

Compensation and Benefits
